The families of all children who wish to receive First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion must register for A Family of Faith, as the preparation for these Sacraments will take place within that program.  At St. Monica-St. George, Annunciation, and Holy Name, First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion normally take place in the 2nd grade.

Register for a Family of Faith and 2nd Grade Sacramental Preparation

In addition to participation in a Family of Faith, there will be:

• one additional monthly class
• two parent meetings (Fall & Spring)
• one retreat/rehearsal
• two receptions of the Sacraments (Reconciliation and Holy Communion) for the first time
